The combination of my love of a saltwater lifestyle, travels to far off tropical islands, growing up in the fishing industry, along with a deep Cajun heritage running through my blood has created a blend of unique ideas tossed together to become the fresh fair on our menu. There was a problem though; I could not come up with that magic name. I received a call from my expecting wife, Karen, while working offshore. She asked me what I thought about Finn as a name for our first born. I said it was perfect, then immediately said it would be the name of our restaurant as well! It stuck.

We opened our windows on June 13, 2009, one month after Finn was born. Since then we have been blessed and have had a little girl, Isla. We have recently opened our second location inside the Little Village in Historic St. Andrews on December 7, 2012.

We are working on the third location and have our eyes on the west end of the beach. With our expansion, I vow to keep Finns simple, fresh, and consistent. Finns was a dream that popped into my head one day, but none of it could have come true without you! We have built our name solely on word of mouth. I would like to personally thank all of our family and friends who believed in our journey from day one. Thank you for being a part of our life and enjoy the grub.
